Bocobay holds a USD 800 pre-authorization on the card on file. There is no payment made; the money is simply held.

If applicable to your reservation, the security deposit will be used at the sole discretion of Bocobay to pay for the restoration, cleaning of the property to its original check-in conditions (outside of other normal wear and tear) and/or to enforce any violation of the House Rules. If all terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled, the hold will be released in full within 21 business days after guest departure. No charges will be processed without prior written notice.

While no one expects it, accidents do happen. If damages are in excess of USD 800, you agree to allow Bocobay to charge your credit card on file to pay the additional costs.
